Local home improvement company looking to hire full or part time service tech for mainly roofing and siding repairs. Must be able to diagnose leaks and perform repairs to shingle roofs and vinyl, wood and fiber cement siding. Knowledge of other aspects of construction are a plus. (Interior remodeling, basic electric, plumbing, etc.) Excellent pay and benefits including possibility of company vehicle, 401K, health insurance, and paid holidays/vacation.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate well with customers both verbally and written
- Construction/Roofing Experience (3+ Years)
- Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills and problem solving skills a must
- A good driving record is essential for this position
- Must be able to climb a ladder
- Position requires lifting up to 80 lbs.at times
- Valid Driver's License
- Must pass background check and drug screen
Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 /hour (Commensurate w/ experience)
