Small, established, busy, residential landscaping/lawn mowing company is HIRING NOW FOR "Working Supervisor" and Crew positions for Lawn Mowing AND Landscaping! We operate from approximately late-March/early-April through mid-December on a, generally, Monday through Friday schedule except during high demand periods and following weather-related delays.

WORKING SUPERVISORBottom-Line: Requires AT LEAST 2 FULL YEARS verifiable supervisory/leadership experience lawn mowing and/or landscaping + HAVE CURRENT + VALID NYS DRIVERS LIC w/<6 pts, no DWI/DUIReports to ownerStart @$18/hour
CREW MEMBERBottom-Line: Must have AT LEAST ONE FULL YEAR of verifiable landscaping and/or lawn mowing experienceReports to supervisorStart @$15/hour
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Lives within a 10 mile radius of our shop
ReliabilityWe are a small business which looks for those who will be in attendance and on time for work
Have transportation to and from our shop each work day (not on a bus line)
ABLE TO THE WORK BEAUTIFUL DAYS AS WELL AS IN WEATHER EXTREMES!
HAVE CURRENT + VALID NYS DRIVERS LIC = less than 6 pts, no DWI/DUI
Able to safely perform gutter cleaning to 3 stories
Possess mechanical ability to handle basic on-the-job fixes and some routine maintenance
Have outside/home life in order/under control so that workday distractions are minimized
Organized, neat, detailed, and thorough in the timely delivery of services
Able to fully complete daily paperwork (Supervisor only)
Have an always-operational/working smart phone
Able to safely operate tow vehicle/trailer combos (Supervisor only)
Versed operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blade-edgers, other 2 and 4-cycle equipment, etcetera.
Expects a work week of approximately 35 - 45 hours
"Team player" but, also able and willing to work on own as required
