Looking for reliable, full time individuals with experience in landscape service. Position consists of lawn mowing and year round property maintenance along with mechanical, machine maintenance and operations.
Property maintenance: Spring/fall clean ups, mowing, edging, shrub pruning, mulch installation, tree trimming and removal, planting trees and shrubs, flowers, lawn installation and much more.
Normal Operating schedule: Monday - Friday 7a-5p, (+/- 40hrs/wk adjusted for weather)
Foremen position:
Reports to: Owner
Minimum 3-5 year's experience
Complete all details on work orders each day
Required to supervise and lead crew of 2-3 people at maintained sites
Communicates well with customers and crew
Follows detailed instructions: PUNCTUAL and DEPENDABLE
Ability to perform and lead high quality landscape maintenance installation
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE with no violations in the last 3 year's
Reliable transportation ( own car )
Operate landscape equipment: Including but not limited to chainsaw's, hedge trimmers, commercial mowers, trimmers and blowers, backhoe's and bobcats, etc.
Operates Vehicles safely: such as trucks and trailer combinations with the ability to back up a trailer
Maintain and support a 100% safe work environment
Snowplowing during the winter months
Crew position:
Reports to: Foreman
Minimum 1-3 year's experience
Experience necessary: exceptions for responsible ambitious learners

VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE with no violations in the last 3 year's
Reliable transportation ( own car )
Maintain and support a 100% safe work environment
