ASSOCIATE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – OAKFIELD/FARMINGTON, NY
National Fuel is currently seeking an Associate Operations Supervisor for an outstanding career opportunity in our Transmission Operations department located at our Oakfield or Farmington Compressor Stations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, schedule, and inspect the work of employees engaged in operation and maintenance of Empire Pipeline compressor stations and transmission pipeline facilities, including the Oakfield and Farmington Compressor Stations
Front-line direct field supervision of hourly operations and maintenance employees
Scoping and estimating of daily, routine system operating/maintenance and mandated activities
Assist with planning and coordinate operations support for smaller scale pipeline installation projects within the defined operating territory
Coordination of daily emergency response logistics
Support and enhance a positive safety culture
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s Degree
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to cover rotating emergency assignments
Ability to interface well with others, and communicate with supervisors, customers, and field personnel
Demonstrated supervisory capability and the ability to quickly solve problems
Applicants must live within a reasonable commute of either the Oakfield Compressor Station (located at 3309 Lockport Rd., Oakfield, NY 14125) OR the Farmington Compressor Station (located at 967 Empire Drive, Farmington, NY 14425), or be willing to relocate
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree with concentrations in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The rate of pay for the Field Service and Construction Supervisor will be commensurate with experience.
