TRATA is now looking for friendly, experienced and motivated individuals to join our team of Servers. Servers are responsible for all points of service including atmosphere, product knowledge and utilizing the proper steps of service.
To provide great service, each server must prioritize the duties and responsibilities listed below:
- Anticipate and comply with guest needs
- Tailor the experience to suit the guest & occasion
- Provide refined, friendly & professional service
- Work clean, efficiently while using company protocol
- Assist others
- Provide thoughtful suggestions
We require a minimum of 3 years full-service/high-volume restaurant experience to be considered for the position. Extensive beverage and wine knowledge is essential to success.
