We are looking for the right people to help manage, care for, and lead all aspects of the day to day operations at our fast paced casual dining restaurants. As a key front-of house person it will be your job to help deliver an outstanding customer service experience and a great work environment for your team of employees.
Duties would include:
Ensuring our customers have an excellent dining experience
Help train, develop and motivate staff as well as make decisions about trimming or increasing labor as the need arises
Help meet food and labor goals, as well as other expense guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience
Outstanding leadership and communication skills
Organization and planning skills
