Requirements:
Graduate of an approved school of Therapy, Associate Degree applicants considered based on experience.?
Current license/registration in the state of Minnesota plus a minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility?
Must be available to pick up weekend shifts

Demonstrates good documentation skills?
Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written skills?

Demonstrate knowledge of therapy payers
