OverviewWill perform a variety of manufacturing duties to include mold audit, wet lens audit, utility, blister inspection, cosmetic inspection and APL operation per SOP's.Responsibilities
Perform tasks in accordance with established SOP's and GMP's and other divisional specifications.
Maintain all logbooks and use SFC system.
Usage of SPC system to monitor molding parameters. Maintain workflow of module and shift to shift communications.
Assist engineers for validations and process improvements.
Rotate/cross train in other positions and perform other duties as needed or required.
Perform machine cleaning and maintenance as per procedure.
Maintain housekeeping and safety requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to read, write and speak English and possess basic math skills.
Good hand/eye coordination.
Shift flexibility and ability to work overtime a must.
