Large Preservation Company looking for vendors around the Potsdam/Massena area, NY. All vendors will receive weekly payout for work completed. Increased workflow and territory increase available as well!
As a Preservation Vendor with us, you will be assigned work orders within your territory for completion. These services include, but are not limited to the following:
Snow Removal
Board Ups
Lock Changes and Lock Boxes
Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance
Safety Hazard Abatement
Minor Repairs (i.e. Gutter Repair, Handrail Replacement, Window Re-glaze)
Major Repairs (i.e. Discoloration Remediation, Siding Replacement, Full Demolition)
Eviction Services
Roof Repair & Tarps
Inspections
Etc.
