Local food manufacturing company in need of an experienced maintenance tech.
We are a USDA, FDA, NYS and SQF 2 inspected facility.
Must be have diverse knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, PLC controllers, analog controls, wiring schematics, basic plumbing. HVAC and refrigeration experience is a plus. Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in a fast paced setting and have the ability to make decisions to keep equipment operating efficiently and safely.
Ability to communicate well and work under pressure. Must be able to work independently and with others.
Reports directly to the Maintenance Manager. This is an opportunity to join a company that you can have a direct impact on!
Own tools is a plus. Must be able to climb ladders, work overhead and lift in excess of 70 lbs on a consistent basis.
