Bitters and Bones in Saranac lake is looking for prep, line cooks, and dishwashers full and part time. The ideal candidate should be able to arrive on time for their shift consistently. Candidate should be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidate should be able to read and follow recipes. Be able to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis, and be able to use a scale to portion product.
Prep duties include- Cooking and portioning all product in a timely matter. Organizing prepped materials in the walk in. Making sure all prep is done in a consistent manner.
line cook duties include- Using recipes to cook, and plate all orders. Ensure cleanliness of line at all times. Monitor product freshness and rotation.
Dish duties include- cleaning of all dishes, sweeping and mopping of floors. Organizing product taking out boxes and garbage.
