Hex & Hop, a bees and beer nanobrewery-apiary, is looking to hire taproom staff for part time work initially, with the opportunity for increased hours and responsibility. Initially, taproom staff would be expected to work 20-30 hours a week during peak business hours mostly over the weekend. Potential starting compensation of $7.50 to $10 an hour plus tip sharing will vary with an applicant's experience and qualifications. Responsibilities include promoting a safe and fun work environment, creating a positive experience for customers, serving beverages, honey, and food to customers, thoroughly representing those products, handling payments, managing the taproom space, and the general setup and breakdown of the taproom area.
