Young Lyon Floor & Home is looking for a Paint Specialist / Customer Service/ Sales associate to provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance in the Paint Department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide customer service and Paint product information within the Paint Department.
Order, stock, sign, and merchandise Paint Department products as directed by the Store Manager utilizing established procedures.
Ring up, carry out, and load store merchandise.
Maintain Paint Department orderliness and cleanliness.
Building and maintaining relationships with Paint customers and contractors.
Maintain and comply with established retail standards.
SKILLS:
Able to operate computer and other automated office machines.
Ability to perform arithmetic calculations.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
Ability to be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management and the companys customers.
Demonstrated knowledge of sales approaches, methods, and techniques.
