This role will entail you to work closely with the marketing/ communications department and ensure that designs translate the companys initiative and promote the brand according to the set strategy.
As Graphic Designer, you can expect to:
- Collaborate/assist other design team members in creating visuals for email campaigns, landing pages, ads, print collateral and more
- Report directly to the Design Director and assist on projects as needed
- Work on multiple projects at once, and frequently report status
- Ensure that work is consistent, on brand, accurate and adhere to all set guidelines and requirements
- Assist with other duties as needed
Background Profile:
- Exceptional command of Adobe CS/CC (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Excellent sense of design principles including color, typography, layout, etc.
- Prior experience designing for marketing/branding
- Able to self-project manage, meet deadlines, and stay organize during high volumes of work
- Able to work in a collaborative cross-functional team, or independently as needed
- Avid learner, able to stay abreast of design trends and technology
- Exceptional communication skills written and verbal
- Prior experience designing for web and creating interactive designs
- BS/BA Degree and 3+ years of experience designing for marketing
- Preferred: Some HTML knowledge, illustration/animation skills
