The Canadian Sales Operations and Campaign Coordinator is required to actively participate in a variety of marketing and business development opportunities by providing support to the Canadian Growth Leader.ÂÂ

Key elements of the position include:

Sales:

In concert with the Canadian Growth Leader:

Provide support to cross line of business consultants, sectors, service lines and business development teams to uncover business issues and follow through on action plans to convert into profitable revenue.

Track identified action items and assist in moving them towards completion

Plan sales campaigns, and work collaboratively with marketing to execute

Manage the CRM system and sales funnel on an ongoing basis.

Relationship Management:

Project-manage an action-oriented cross-line of business relationship management process across sectors and business units.

Project manage an annual formal client satisfaction process

Provide support to Account Executives as needed to ensure that client relationships are managed effectively

Provide management with regular updates and statistics on progress against growth plans and activities.

Marketing:

Manage the creation of marketing collateral for Canada

Work closely with Corporate Marketing to ensure that the brand requirements are managed in the market

Plan and prepare for any hosted client events

Ensure that firm thought leadership and innovative new solutions are communicated within business units, clients and prospects, through traditional and social media channels.

Other, as required

Minimum Requirements:

3 years progressive data entry and project management experience

University degree and/or equivalent work experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Attention to detail, and meticulous documentation

Project management skills

Business acumen

A willingness to learn through hands-on activity

An ability to communicate effectively with varied employee groups, and a level of confidence in dealing with senior level employees

Ability to work in a collaborative, accountable and action oriented fashion.
