Full time maintenance position available.
A pleasant personality and good communication skills are required for interaction with the public and fellow employees. Must have the ability to work independently and have the skills to instruct others as needed.
Duties include, but not limited to:
General property inspection and maintenance of buildings, lawns and parking lots.
Operation of power tools and equipment
Light plumbing and electrical
Snow removal
Cleaning of storage units
Show apartments as needed
Handle any emergency issues
Responsibilities are for both on-site and off-site properties.
Occasional weekend work.
Plumbing and electrical background a plus.
Applicant MUST have a clean, valid NYS driver’s license.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
