Livestock Processing Plant seeking experienced and entry level workers for the following positions. Training provided. Competitive compensation based upon experience.
MEAT CUTTERS/BUTCHERS/SLAUGHTER FLOOR: Skilled, whole carcass, meat cutting to retail cuts. Humane handling and slaughter of cattle and hogs. Perform safe and sanitary dressing procedures per USDA and HACCP. Record keeping and documentation. Grinding and sausage making. Cleaning. Willingness to assist with other plant operations when necessary. Full time, 7am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday.
WRAPPERS/PACKERS: Vacuum wrap, label and box meat. Maintain inventory. Order picking and fulfillment. Cleaning. Willingness to assist with other plant operations when necessary. Full-time, 7am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday.
CLEANERS: Cleaning and building maintenance. Willingness to assist with other plant operations when necessary. Part-time position, 11:30am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Job requirements for all positions: Direct experience preferred. High School Diploma. Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Able to work in cool and cold environments and stand for prolonged periods of time. Able to lift 50+lbs.
