Chenoa is looking for a Vice President - Category / Branding to work with our direct client in New York City, NY 10036. It is a contracting position for 6+ Months Lead creation of long-term vodka category / brand / innovation strategies and annual brand plans based on consumer, customer and shopper insight - developing and executing best in class growthdrivers across the strategyLead cross functional agency teams to deliver best in class integrated communications plans across growth driversBe a key partner to the commercial side of the businessLive in culture and understand how to connect the brands in culture - in a way that excites consumers and the tradeBe proud and passionate about putting the vibrancy into vodka, scaling the energy behind the brands and inspiring the broader team about the business and categoryPartner and global brand team integration and alignmentKey Functional and Leadership Capabilities
- Experience leading integrated creative communications plans across agencies
- Experience with brand strategy, architecture and portfolio management
- Be performance obsessed with thorough understanding of all CPG / industry data inputs and
- fluency in triangulating into clear insights and actions
- Experience developing creative communications across brand platforms - purpose, conversion and innovation
- Experience managing sizable media budgets
- Curious about new ways to connect with culture and drive ROI for effective marketing
- Great commercial relationships across the business
- Strong working relationship and understanding of CP&A function
- Experience leading the analysis of the commercial / execution results, with clear implications and
- interventions as recommendations when needed
- Passion to be in the trade and understand bar culture
