Senior Manager, R&D Finance Oncology

This role, Sr Manager Finance - Pfizer Oncology Division (POD), provides a unique opportunity to serve as a strategic financial partner to certain Partner Line leads in the Pfizer Oncology Division (POD), which reports into Chris Boshoff and leads support efforts from discovery to early and late-phase clinical development. The Oncology Leadership Team members the team supports includes Clinical Development & Operations (CD&O), Late and Early-Stage Development, CLIN Pharm, Scientific Affairs and Strategic Partnerships, Oncology Research Unit and Executive Operations. This position will provide financial, operational and strategic leadership support to the role's leadership teams in a complex and very dynamic environment to optimize budget allocation and maximize the value of the portfolio. He / She operates in a very matrix environment with multiple stakeholders across different finance and R&D groups. Through insightful understanding of the pharma business, rigorous review and partnership with Partner Line Leaders, the Sr Manager Finance is responsible for providing financial advice and guidance on key business decisions, delivery of financial commitments and ensuring optimal deployment of capital.
