Design, develop and implement RPA and other low-code solutions. Identify opportunities, pain points and develop business requirements to effectively address issues. Educate users on the capabilities of RPA and low-code automation to fully identify opportunities. Articulate priorities through information about improvements generated, including capacity creation, operational risk avoidance, and control improvements. Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders in global locations to define and drive a standardized approach, leverage other teams to make global impact. Interface with, and act as Operations' liaison to, the larger enterprise RPA and work automation initiatives. Highly motivated individual with a proven track record to deliver results. Understanding current technological landscape around RPA and Workflow low-code platforms. Must be able to utilize RPA and other fit-for-purpose solutions to automate processes. Be a single producer or act as a part of a team. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and an ability to collect and analyze data and provide insights.
