Manager Sr. (Operational Readiness Manager)Support business strategies to ensure readiness
of operations for Commercial Product Programs and offerings. Responsible for identifying
and implementing various projects, programs and plans that support achievement
of business unit and enterprise goals. Primary
duties may include, but are not limited to:
Coordinates the development and implementation of on-going project and programs;
ensures program/project meets its stated objectives; provides subject matter
expertise for pre-sale, pre-implementation and implementation process.
Researches applicable subject matter practices
and remains aware of industry trends. Leads
efforts to identify best practices.
Coordinates
with Go to Market teams to inform training related to new processes; develops
readiness success measures and performs periodic assessment and reports into
leadership.
This role is responsible for evaluating existing products/programs, competitor
and industry data to improve existing product operations and make recommendations
for new processes. Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation
of all phases of product operations process development. Qualifications Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 4-6
years of process or product management related experience that includes
experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly
significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign; or any combination
of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA/Graduate
degree preferred. Skills:Highly organized, analytical thinker, ability to
assess end-to-end impact of process steps. Collaborate well with others and ask questions
