Working with clients in a variety of industries, you will gain exposure to a wide range of business models, acquisition structures, and industry dynamics.Communication, Media, and Telecom (CMT): The CMT Group at TD Securities (USA) LLC is recognized for its leading industry expertise across full spectrum of M&A and capital markets capabilities. Our team is focused on originating lead managed transactions with both corporate and financial sponsor backed businesses operating in the CMT universe. Our senior banking professionals have significant knowledge and transaction expertise in the communication infrastructure, traditional telecom and media and technology sectors.US Diversified Industries Group ("DIG"): US Diversified Industries Group ("DIG") serves as the central coverage group delivering the full suite of TD products and services to large, US multi-national companies. US DIG has specific industry focuses including Automotive, Consumer & Retail, Diversified Industrials, FIG, Healthcare & Life Sciences and Packaging & Building Materials. We work along various product partner groups (e.g., Leveraged Finance, DCM, ECM, Rates and FX) to provide advice, solutions and services to our clients. Client pitch work typically includes: company and industry trend analysis, capital structure and capital allocation benchmarking, rating agency and debt capacity analysis, as well as strategic discussions around M&A opportunities and valuation.Syndicated and Leveraged Finance: The Syndicated & Leveraged Finance team is responsible for structuring and raising debt capital across the investment and non-investment grade spectrum to support clients with respect to acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, recapitalizations, refinancings and other corporate activities.
