New YorkCommercial Finance AnalystChobani’s Commercial Finance Team drives effective and efficient customer investment by partnering with the business and supporting them in the commercial decision-making process. The Senior Finance Analyst for the Commercial group will work in partnership with business stakeholders to provide actionable analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and functional partners. This role works to develop fact based strategies rooted in deep and broad-based retailer, consumer and marketplace insights and owns the analytical support that drives our annual commercial growth strategies. The responsibilities of this position include:

Provide in-depth analysis, highlight drivers, and recommend actionable suggestions using customer data to support delivery of financial targets

Analyze customer sales & trade information to consolidate/standardize/improve reporting across the organization

Perform long-term financial modeling and identify leverage for ongoing business strategy discussions

Create and maintain consistent and actionable scorecard reporting

Closely align with business partners to fulfill analysis requirements

Complete highly complex and comprehensive analysis for strategies and events related to customer funding

Synthesize pricing and trade information to draw insights and recommend action plans to drive profitable growth

Participate in special projects to improve reporting, analytical tools and internal processes to enhance management decision process

The requirements of this position include:

Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent degree required. CPA or other advanced certification preferred

3+ years in investment banking, private equity or equivalent experience, focused on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis & modeling

Advanced MS Excel/Power Point skills required; MS A/X experience preferred

Demonstrated financial analysis and modeling expertise

Effectively prioritize and execute tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines

Ability to provide thought leadership to shape future decisions

Ability to work independently, and proactively develop solutions with minimal guidance

Capacity to analyze complex problems and make decisions in a timely manner

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Periodic travel required up to 10%

Strong interpersonal skills, a team focus, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
