Deloitte Cyber Fusion - PHP Full-Stack Developer

As a PHP Full-Stack Developer in Deloitte's Fusion Managed Services, you'll work with our diverse teams of passionate professionals to help solve for some of today's toughest cybersecurity challenges to enable or clients to achieve business growth and manage risk. Work you'll do- Build out the web-based solution used by Deloitte's clients to interface with Fusion Managed Services (Threat Intelligence, Threat Management, Threat Hunting etc)
- Design and implement microservices running in AWS ECS (Docker).
- Produce high quality well tested code with proper unit testing and test automation.
- Liaison with the analytics team on enterprise level, API based system integration.
- Develop software tools on an "as needed" basis to address client requirements
- Design and utilize troubleshooting strategies to resolve software problems.
- Responsible for leading escalated troubleshooting efforts.
- Work with off-shore counterparts in a distributed AGILE based team.
- Analyze, enhance and maintain technical documentation necessary to make the systems operational and efficient.
- Provide responsive analysis and resolution to situations affecting system availability and/or performance
- Advise clients in understanding the future state problems and challenges in cyber security and work collaboratively with them to enhance capabilities
- Contribute to Deloitte's thought leadership in client organizations and external market place
- Operate as a technical subject matter specialist
- Be up to date on i ndustry trends around cyber risk and data protection practices
- BA/BS in Information Technology or related field (additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Must have at least 1 year of experience with the following skills:
- Experience with NodeJS and microservice design, Elastic Search and Cache engines (i.e., Redis )
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (while travel up to 20% is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Hands-on experience supporting and managing secure Web-based environments.
- Extensive experience with general networking concepts as well as virtual technologies
- Ability to multi-task, nimbleness and highly functional within a team environment
- Must be adaptable to work in a varied, fast paced exciting, ever changing environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
