Photo Lab Technician or Customer Service Positions:
Pro Image Photo a multimedia processing service store with a primary focus on photo printing and digital imaging services is adding hybrid associates for duties in combination of photo/graphic works and customer services. The available positions require commercial level experiences or an educational background relevant to lab production or customer service.
This retail-based service bureau developed a successful business model in which staff members take and process a variety of orders from visiting customers in-store and online. We require associates to comfortably deal with customers face to face and process the orders with professional expertise in photography, graphic or other digital processing areas. We hire people capable of producing tangible products under fast turnarounds. This is a high-volume production company, not a design or art firm. Therefore, we don't hire artists or designers who better suit other environments.
Pro Image offers a wide range of digital imaging services in photo, signage, video, audio fields. Our staff members are fluent in Photoshop and other imaging software or imaging equipment. Success with our company will be determined from meeting all of the basic conditions below:
- Appealing, verifiable references from former employers are required for the final interview;
- Must take and pass alcohol/drug abuse tests at and during employment;

- Speedy multitasking in an environment constantly busy with customers and deadlines;
- Courteous and professional attitudes at all times;
- Working on Saturday or Sunday, or both;
- Commuting within 60 minutes only from Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx or NJ near Lincoln Tunnel. No exceptions.
