The purpose of this role is to provide new sales efforts, quota attainment, creating various on-going sales & marketing campaigns, and developing tactics to acquire new logos for Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and CPaaS cloud solutions.The successful candidate will utilize multiple acquisition strategies including grassroots demand and lead generation. They should also have experience with inside sales, lead generation, grassroots marketing as well as analytic skills required to optimize efforts and acquire high-quality buyers through effective campaigns.
Responsibilities:Prospecting, generating, qualifying and nurturing leadsCreating and driving effective sales and marketing campaignsDefine scope, develop and execute demand generation campaigns with internal and external partnersPartner with the content & community teams on social marketing programs.Manage and expand client & prospect relationshipsUnderstand client and prospect business needs and participate in solution developmentManage the RFP/RFI and contract development processes as well as negotiating and closing dealsKeeping abreast of competitive intelligence and industry knowledgeGrow overall sales through solicitation of new business using consultative sales, obtaining bookings from potential clients, completing professional bids/proposals and attending client visitsExperience:8-10 years in customer acquisition role in a SaaS, Unified Communications, Contact Center, Cloud software company, Technology or Telecoms.8-10 years plus of business development or new sales experience; proven ability to sell SaaS and cloud solutions contracts to new clients (i.e., new “logos”) is requiredExperience with selling into Microsoft customers and Microsoft technology stack (e.g. Azure, Dynamics, Teams, Skype for Business, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)Education:BS/BA in Business or related field; MBA preferredVacancy caducado!
