Be a Good Cook
Have Fine Dining Experience
Experienced with Banquets and Buffets for Large Numbers
Punctual
Detail Oriented
Works Clean, Good Sanitation Practices
Having a NYC Food Protection Certificate is a plus
Culinary School Graduate is a plus, but not required
