International fine dining Italian restaurant is looking for experienced Bus Attendants for their busiest locations in New York City to provide exceptional service to their customers.
POSITION PURPOSE:
Assist Servers in serving meals, clearing tables, as well as delivering food and drinks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
The ability to maintain and retrieve all food items from the kitchen and attractively and safely transport them to an outlet.
The ability to anticipate and service the guest's needs before requests are necessary.
The ability to complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
The ability to clear tables and reset them for specific number of persons.
The ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education:
High school or equivalent education preferred.
Experience Required:
Minimum one year experience as a Bus Attendant required.
Licenses or Certificates:
Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits.
