Provide CBTC system technical and practical expertise in support of the work plan for MTA C& D Capital Program Oversight on the MTA C& D CBTC system with respect to budget, schedule and risk.RESPONSIBILITIESReview and constructively comment on MTA C& D CBTC presentation to Capital Program (CPC) and submit IEC reviews on the CBTC program to Office of Capital Oversight (OCO) and CPC.
