Provides support for reception and guest services, mail services, phone, meeting rooms and location services.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDisplay professionalism and a sense of pride in all aspects of duties and responsibilities. Establishing a strong rapport in client relationships to gain trust.Advise customer on different methods of service items and be a knowledge expert.Utilize the voicemail procedures to review missed callsFollow the procedures for transferring phone callsAssist with employee badge activation for the siteProvide guest temp ID cards and maintain lists accordinglyProvide parking passes to employees as requiredFollow the Prime Card procedures for distribution to client employeesFollow the event board procedures for digital signageManage the information to provide for guest internet accessProvide guests and employees with umbrellas or umbrella sleeves for rainy daysEnsure scent aroma program is working as intended within the lobby spaceProvide all guests and employees with charging options if requiredStock and provide client branded Logo mints for guests and employees at the reception deskEvent process guidelines where applicable to site, see Event Coordinator for details on responsibilities & standardsEnsure they have the required PPE to perform any parts of their job dutiesFollow the site established evacuation proceduresParticipate and complete in monthly H&S trainings as assignedEnsure all items on daily building walk checklist are completed. Submit Works orders as neededEscort guests and employees to areas such as restrooms, conference rooms, kitchenettes for drinks, etc.Stock and provide client branded hand sanitizers for guests and employees at the reception deskStock and provide candies and chocolates for guests and employees at the reception deskProvide employees with GO pass stickers affixed to client badgesAssist employees with booking conference rooms as neededAssist guests and employees with concierge requests such as booking taxis, restaurant recommendations, etc.Performs other duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
