Disney Streaming is responsible for developing and operating The Walt Disney Company’s direct-to-consumer video businesses globally, including the ESPN+ premium sports streaming service, programmed in conjunction with ESPN; the Disney+ SVOD service; and BAMTECH Media, a global leader in direct-to-consumer video streaming products and solutions. Its core mission is to deliver global audiences the freedom to access content on their terms across any connected device, time or location.The Paid Media Coordinator will assist the performance marketing team with the essential tasks needed to ensure the timely execution of global marketing campaigns. This is an entry level position where you will have two core responsibilities. First, you will be responsible for requesting, tracking and delivering creative assets as well as ensuring quality standards are met. Second, you will help with planning upcoming marketing campaigns, writing briefs and giving input into overall creative strategy.The Disney+ performance marketing team manages thousands of creatives across key growth channels (Facebook, Google, Twitter, Apple, Xbox, PlayStation, Roku and more). The right person for this role will be extremely organized with an eye for detail and be able to work well with many cross functional partners. They will be passionate about marketing and able to give thoughtful recommendations into strategy briefs for upcoming creative campaigns and tests. The ideal candidate will also be able to diagnose inefficiencies in our processes and redesign internal best practices.Responsibilities:

Create briefs for upcoming marketing campaigns, creative refreshes and tests

Work closely with project managers to ensure creative is delivered to performance marketing team leads ahead of deadlines

Ensure quality standards are met in all creatives - from correct translations to asset sizes

Work as a contact for marketing teams outside the US to ensure correct legal approvals, copy translations and localized creatives are available

Basic Qualifications:

0-1 years’ experience in a digital marketing or creative role or relevant internship experience preferred

Understanding of digital marketing creative formats & best practices - experience with paid social, display, video and other formats

Experience with file management (e.g. Box, Google Drive) in a professional environment a plus

A positive attitude and desire to learn and have fun.

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree in related field
