We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join our team, focusing on the operational and execution aspects of the M& A life cycle (from early-stage diligence through to post-close implementation). The position offers significant opportunities for career development and advancement in a fast-growing practice that is helping lead many market shaping deals.What will you be doing?We are looking for seasoned professionals with experience in M& A transactions. As a Director, you will serve as a client leader on our project teams and a leader with our CTG practice.The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the following areas: Operational due diligence (ODD) Merger and acquisition integration planning and execution Divestiture and carve-out planning and execution Synergy development, planning, and executionYour role will entail client-facing origination and delivery, as well as development, mentoring and coaching of the team and business development activities.Key responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day client leader for enterprise-wide M& A projects and oversee the design and delivery of high-quality client analysis and work products for the team. Mange the quality of the engagement and overall client experience. Design and help deliver operational diligence and/or functional analysis as part of the pre-signing / pre-closing activities to help our clients determine value, assess risk, identify opportunities and prepare for a future transaction. Lead large, cross-functional teams to understand operational overlaps / entanglements, develop and execute the integration / separation work plans and critical planning documents (e.g., entanglement logs, TSAs, cost models, synergy plans, etc.), identify improvement areas, identify, escalate, and resolve integration or separation issues on A& M's most challenging projects. Based upon your M& A and industry experience, proactively identify business issues and opportunities for your clients and recommend activities to mitigate risks while optimizing upside opportunities for the business; become a trusted advisor to your senior client executives. Act as the primary team interface with various levels of client executives and c-level leadership; help identify future opportunities to improve your client's business and expand A& M's impact on their overall success. Work with leadership to identify growth opportunities with existing and greenfield clients and develop go-to-market strategies to grow the practice; help originate new opportunities and work to expand existing projects. Help lead business development activities and proposals including market research and analysis, targeting c-level executives and leveraging existing client relationships, and building proposals to support identifying and closing new opportunities. Lead the professional development and career path of team members and lead key people initiatives such as recruiting, training, and other career development programs for our expanded team.Qualifications:
