for the end to end focus on member experience as it relates to impact to
Medicare Star Ratings and Medicaid Quality Withholds and for performance
outcomes and impact to Stars. Primary duties may include, but are not limited
to:
Requires a demonstrated passion and zeal for improving
the member consumer experience in a highly complex environment.
Taking a “member-lens” towards all member-facing
activities and interactions. Helps develop and drive strategies to
create a best in class member experience.
Partners with E2E Solutions value
stream team to ensure alignment and execution on all member experience
focused programs and interventions.
Leads and designs the strategy,
journeys, and teams to support best efficiencies/efficacies across all
Anthem verticals and to ensure alignment directly and through matrix
functions.
Mines member insights and establishes
member experience priorities across the organization.
Establishes, monitors, and tracks
accountability measures for success (e.g., governance, performance
management, role clarity, decision rights & processes) to align all
functions to enable Stars performance.
Identifies areas at risk and
implements mitigation plans to ensure performance goal achievement
including alignment to shared services accountabilities and goals.
Leads a core team through organization
and consolidation of resources responsible for direct member outreach
supporting performance goals.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and
evaluates performance of direct reports.
Qualifications
Requires a BA/BS; 10 years of
experience including 7 years of management experience and proven
experience in managed care environments and/or member engagement/service
type roles/functions in a similar environment; or any combination of
education and experience, which provide an equivalent background.
Master’s degree preferred.
