The Diversified Business Group is a solutions-oriented business unit within the Company that will support Anthem and other external clients in the pursuit of transforming healthcare.Documentation Analyst Sr. - Remote in anywhere of the United States.Responsible for researching and documenting more complex projects and work processes to ensure business continuity and consistency. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Researches, extrapolates, compiles and validates data on flows, systems, coding, and testing problems and processing issues; Makes recommendations for process changes and works with management to obtain sign-off and to implement; Develops and updates flows and end-user documentation based on research and system changes; Facilitates issues meetings; assists in managing intranet site by uploading procedures and maintaining a daily bulletin. Qualifications Requires H.S. diploma; 3-5 years related experience, of which at least 2 should be in documentation; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. BA/BS preferred.
