OverviewThe ITCG Sales Support Division has a great opportunity on their team as a Sales Support Associate.Responsibilities to include daily and weekly forecast and allocation overview with both marketing and the customer, new product setup process, monitoring forecast and allocation of products by account across all product groups, daily management of back orders and inventory, monitoring and tracking of Ad orders, order review and release notification, creation of PowerPoint presentations and any other reports and or duties necessary to service the National Accounts customers.ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Support Associate responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Daily/Weekly forecast and allocation overview with Business Planning and Customer for all ITCG product groups (Camera, Video, Inkjet Printers, Calculator)

Daily management of back orders and inventory.

New SKU coordination - Item Set-ups for National Accounts using different venues required for each account.

Create Power Point Presentations and Reports for National Accounts

Daily interaction with various Canon Depts. (Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, Order Management, Program Management, etc).

Weekly conference call with Replenishment team to discuss Forecast, Allocation, Promotions and Miscellaneous.

Work with product control to convey account needs by SKU.

Allocation vs. Forecast plan set up with each account.

Price change communication and general price management.

QualificationsThis position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year experiencewithin a sales or sales support business environment. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical ability and resourcefulness in identifying problems and their causes.
