In this role, you will:
· Support jobs and tasks required to keep the facility (2 large buildings and 31 acres) in good working condition
· Build new offices, renovate areas of the buildings
· Help with work on HVAC Systems, rebuild motors, replace mechanical seals and pumps
· Help with electrical EMT piping and electrical PVC piping
· Perform other corporate maintenance tasks as needed
· Plow snow using company equipment, including snow blowers
To be a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll need:
· A broad range of facilities maintenance knowledge - carpentry, plumbing, etc.
· Your carpentry experience will be a real plus
· A good attitude towards work and ability to get along with the rest of the crew on a professional and friendly basis
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
