In business over 62 years, S & B MACHINE WORKS INC., a leader in precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting and waterjet cutting is looking to fill the following positions:
MACHINIST CNC MILLING -
- Milling First Class - minimum 10 years experience.
- Ability to setup and run Vertical Machining Centers.
- Experienced on manual milling machines helpful.
- Some programming experience helpful.
- Must be neat, well organized and reliable.
- Person must be capable of working independently and be a problem solver.
CNC PROGRAMMER:
- 3+ years experience in programming vertical machining centers using Mastercam Software.
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Some machine shop experience helpful.
- Must be neat, well organized and reliable.
- Person must be capable of working independently and be a problem solver.
SHEET METAL BRAKE MECHANIC [Precision]
- Minimum 10 years experience.
- Amada Brake experience helpful.
- Knowledge of Trigonometry and strong math skills.
- Knowledge of flat pattern layout and bend deductions.
- Ability to work independently.
SHEET METAL MANAGER
- Minimum 10 years experience working in Precision Job Shop environment.
- Experience in all areas of Sheet Metal Fabrication preferred.
- Brake experience a plus.
CNC WATERJET OPERATOR/PROGRAMMER
Program, setup and operate OMAX waterjet cutting machine
Must be able to read and understand blueprints
Inspect parts
Experience working with calipers and other measuring instruments
Machining experience a plus
Maintain machine with preventive maintenance
