Personal Injury solo practitioner seeks high energy motivated paralegal to work in small office in Garden City, New York. You will be working alone in clean office with attorney present at times, non-congested, and social distancing observed.
Some personal injury experience is required. Must be able to: file pleadings on NYSCEF, draft and answer discovery responses, order medical records, type correspondence, and run firm calendar. Hours are flexible. Part-time position initially, with plan on offering full-time hours once the courts open up and office work picks up. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
