New York, Long island 00000 Long island USA

Vacancy caducado!

What do Mortgage Field Service Contractors do?

By law, mortgage companies and banks are required to document the occupancy and physical condition of all mortgaged loans. To do this they send a Property Inspector to the physical property to take specific photos and to reasonably determine if the property is occupied or vacant. They vary by order, to leaving door hangers as requested from the various clients, to meeting with homeowners for insurance repair inspections, among other types. The property inspector then reports the general condition of the property using a mobile app. Applicants must be able to follow written instructions clearly, and be a problem solver. Various resources must often be utilized to locate or determine correct addresses, as well as overcome the different obstacles in the field. No inspection license is required, but inspectors must be highly-organized, self-motivated individuals.
