Bright Frame Fabricators(BFF) manufactures LED lightboxes, frames and support solutions for the display graphics and printing industry. Our headquarters are in the Medford area of Long Island. We maintain a pleasant work environment and believe that good people are the key to our future.

Position:Entry level LED Light box frame fabrication and assembly.

BFF seeks mechanically inclined assembly people to work with our fabricating team to see jobs through to completion.

Since this is a position in a company that produces custom fabricated products for our customers in the display graphics, and trade show industries, people who are handy or mechanically inclined or who have some experience in carpentry, and basic electrical wiring would be better suited to work on our team.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable person with a great work ethic and a desire to learn with opportunity for advancement.

The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter who is competent in the following:

> Some experience in sign business or large format graphics/exhibit display business

Job Description

Work as part of a production team to assemble frames and electronic signage

Pack cardboard boxes, pack seal and move boxes.

Sorts and places material or items on tables, racks or bins.

Follow work forms and maintain attention to detail when preparing orders.

Packages assembled parts into cardboard boxes

Obtain comprehensive product knowledge of our framing system

Communicate with other production members regarding workflow

Excellent attendance (ability to arrive to work on time, as scheduled daily)

Able and willing to be trained and learn different areas of production

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Ability to learn new equipment and tools

Participate in physical inventory counts as necessary

Additional duties as assigned

Assembler Requirements:

High School or GED/equivalent

Ability to use hand tools and basic computer skills

Bilingual a plus

Ability to creatively troubleshoot

Read standard and metric rulers

Standing on feet for multiple hours

Ability to lift up 50 pounds

Basic math skills

Use of a decimal conversion chart
