We are a busy Veterinary Hospital looking for a full-time Receptionist. Responsibilities are: being attentive to clients and pet needs, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, monitor client flow from check in to discharge, process payment transactions, and many other duties. We are a very busy practice and provide top-notch customer service at all times. You must be a problem solver, compassion, be able to multi-task, a TEAM PLAYER, have computer skills, and be able accept constructive criticism. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY !
Qualifications: high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, Veterinary experience a +, basic math and writing skills.
All else can be taught on the job, but being a receptionist takes being a "people person" above and beyond all ELSE.
