The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.ResponsibilitiesSet up and stock stations with all necessary suppliesPrepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffAnswer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructionsClean up station and take care of leftover foodStock inventory appropriatelyEnsure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashionComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customersRequirements3+years experience in foodservice and hospitality arenaWell-versed in preparing food items constantly while adhering to recipe standardsHighly skilled in setting up stations in the restaurantCommitted to practice, check, and strengthen food safety proceduresCompetent at creating and upholding a safe working environmentAble to re-stock all items as required all through shiftProven record of delivering outstanding customer serviceDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with patrons and staffGood math and written communication skillsTrack record of working in a flexible timetable based on employers requirementsEager to perform all kinds of additional tasks assigned by the managerProficient in maintaining a safe working environment utilizing food safety planTrack record of working efficiently in a fast-paced and noisy environmentSO much room for GROWTH!If you are full of high vibes, and prepared to deliver outstanding customer service, come KRUSH with us on our organic mission toward health and happiness.
