Job Description:
Perform first piece and in-process inspection including all applicable documentation
Perform AQL sampling inspections
Identify and report any non-conformances/discrepancies to management
Perform duties as assigned by the senior leadership team
Operate a variety of CMM machines, including a Zeiss CMM and a OGP
Be proficient with current CMM technology
Requirements:
5 years Aerospace mechanical inspection
5 years CMM operating experience
2 years CMM programming experience in Calypso
Effectively use standard measuring equipment
Able to read customer drawings
Familiar with AS9100 Quality Management System
