$45K annually + Commission paid on all sales. AVERAGE Relationship Specialist makes at least $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, our company has seen a rapid growth and increased demand within our department. We are looking to hire a Sr. Account Director onto our team who is a quick-thinking conversational seller who enjoys speaking with people and has a talent for presenting our company’s products and services. As a Sr. Account Director, you will have opportunities for ongoing development in the company and a great team supporting you in the sales processes. You will receive training on our products along with their content and pricing to convey to your clients. The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic, sales experience, and a desire to win. This exciting position will maximize your sales skills and provide substantial financial rewards.

What We Offer:

Our Corporate Trainer will train you on everything you need to virtually hit the ground running: product knowledge, sales techniques, scripts, etc. We also provide you with email templates for additional communication.

You will be interviewing top professionals and executives across the country to complete their biographies and sell one out of 5 programs to Brand themselves.

You will be contacting warm leads who have responded to our various Marketing Campaigns. No lead generation done by you. We provide warm leads daily.

Weekly pay-direct deposited.

Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and Fridays: 9am-4:30pm

Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401K, Paid Time off/ Vacation.

Business casual dress code

ABOUT YOU:

Minimum 3+ years of high volume, phone-based outbound calling (NO COLD CALLING), and a passion for converting warm leads into a sale.

Coachable: Ability to retain what you learn through our ongoing training sessions.

Move prospects through the sales cycle to a successful close

Proven success in a commission-based sales position.

Be Successful at having an intelligent conversation with C-Level Professional.

Enjoy conversational selling and seasoned to talk to high end professionals.

Born with an aggressive, hungry, hunter mentality with a bold attitude regarding business development; desire to consistently achieve top results and superior closing skills.
