Description: Candidate will be part of a team of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers who design and upgrade equipment for use on-board US Navy submarines. Candidate will use Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools to generate drawings and Engineering Change Notices for cabinet level electrical schematics and cable assemblies.Other responsibilities include: Consult technical handbooks & use drafting systems to prepare drawings. Create and store drawings electronically Resolve design problems. Assist other technicians with the build of engineering development/prototype units.
