Services customers through various teller transactions. Provides customer service to retain and grow customer relationships. Cross-sells products and services and identifies business opportunities for referrals to appropriate personnel.

&lt;P&gt;ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR DUTIES:

&lt;LI&gt; Services customers through various teller transactions including, cashing checks, processing deposits and accepting various payments

&lt;LI&gt; Sells treasurers' checks, money orders, etc.

&lt;LI&gt; Provides customer service to retain and grow customer relationships by acknowledging and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner

&lt;LI&gt; Responds to and follows through on customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

&lt;LI&gt; Identifies customer products and service needs to enhance customer relationships while achieving the Bank's financial goals by actively participating in all sales promotions

&lt;LI&gt; Identifies business opportunities and refers customers to appropriate personnel including Investment Services, Commercial Loans, Mortgage Originators and Consumer Loans

&lt;LI&gt; Maintains an accurate cash drawer in accordance with balancing and cash handling standards

&lt;LI&gt; Produces accurate work documentation impacting other internal departments as well as external customers

&lt;LI&gt; Balances the vault and ATM machine(s)
