Carina Construction, Tompkins County's leading modular home contractor, is seeking a skilled lead carpenter for modular finishing work. Skills required include Drywall installation, framing, drywall finishing, trim carpentry, painting, and other interior trade skills. Work is 40 hours a week, year round at locations typically in Tompkins County. Work hours Monday - Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm. All hours paid "on the books" with full insurance coverages and payroll taxes. Health insurance offered, 401 k plan, and profit sharing.
