Minor Repair Specialists are responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the Home Repair Program. The responsibilities include the evaluation of service requests, home surveys, materials cost estimating, preparation of required documents, and the execution of construction activities. Repairs may include carpentry, flooring work, minor plumbing and electrical repair, and other repairs as needed with a particular focus on health and safety concerns.
