A career opportunity has opened for an accomplished, senior property manager to manage a student rental housing company in Collegetown, Ithaca, NY.
300 beds, 90 high quality units, 24 historic buildings.
The successful candidate will supervise a staff of 8, maintenance technicians and office professionals as well as seasonal employees and subcontractors. In addition to maintaining high quality properties, ensuring all are code compliant, capital projects / renovations are ongoing and the property manager will work with architect, engineer and city officials to bring projects to completion.
This career opportunity is especially suited to a mature individual who is driven, entrepreneurial, creative, a supportive manager and a good team player. Familiarity with historic buildings beneficial and a career record in property management is essential. Bachelor's degree required masters preferred.
