Student housing rental company in Ithaca NY is looking to hire an experienced professional with a career track record in advertising / marketing / sales and customer relations employment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for advertising, marketing and leasing apartments. Primary point of contact for prospective tenants through the initial stages of inquiries, showing apartments, renting apartments and preparing leases for signature.
Reporting to the business manager and the property manager / owner, the successful applicant will be responsible for researching and monitoring the Ithaca housing market to keep abreast of current trends.

Must have the ability to write extremely proficiently and creatively.
